Our nutrition plans prioritize protein with a minimum of one gram of protein per pound of body weight.
Almost all of our body's structures require daily protein to synthesize new healthy tissues.

We recommend an animal-based diet because despite what the mainstream tells us, plants are not the healthiest food on the planet.
Meat, fish, poultry, and eggs contain all the nutrients humans need. Vegetables are not necessary.
Generally, get your protein and fat from animal foods and get your carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables.
We do not recommend snacking.
Eating 3 or fewer meals is far better for optimal metabolic health.
